I have been in the financial services industry for over 20 years. Prior to joining the industry I earned my Chartered Accountant designation in a local Accounting firm. I was born and raised in Weyburn and after completing my university education I came back to Weyburn to raise my family. I am married to Lindsee and we have 2 children. I completed my Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Saskatchewan in 1996; received my Chartered Accountant designation in 2000; my Certified Financial Planner designation in 2003; my Registered Retirement Consultant Designation in 2015 and I became IIROC licensed in 2015.

I believe in giving back to the community by volunteering my time coaching various youth sports for the past 20 years. Specifically I have been involved as an assistant coach for the Weyburn Comprehensive Eagles football team for the last 20 years and as a head football coach for both the Atom, Pee Wee and Bantam football programs over the past 7 years with Weyburn Minor Football; I have also been involved as a board member with Weyburn Minor Football for the last 6 years.

Several years ago I was also involved as a volunteer board member of the Weyburn Chamber of Commerce and the Weyburn Golf Club.
